In Try Harder, you'll be part of a neverending wave of disposable heroes, competing one by one to plant their flag in unclaimed territory. Try Harder is an endless one-button runner, where corpses of previous playthroughs become part of the fabric of the world. They can cover dangerous obstacles, rendering them harmless, but they can also obstruct pathways, forcing you to find alternative routes. Double jump up to high peaks, paraglide down and turn into an Invulnera-ball™ to destroy piles of corpses in an explosive rage. After a while, you'll notice that you gain points by going beyond the furthest point, yet dying causes you to lose a significant amount of points. It's up to you to find the balance between punishment and perserverance. If your score keeps going down rather than up, you'll just have to Try Harder.
Adult Swim Games Presents: Try Harder, was developed by the Danish team Glitchnap. Inspired by games like Geometry Dash, We The Giants and Give Up Robot, Glitchnap decided to iterate on some of these mechanics and blend in the graphics of artist Simon Gustafsson (Spin The Bottle), the music of Niklas Ström (Rymdkapsel). Special thanks to Knapnok Games, Rami Ismail and Adult Swim Games for their support.
